Tactical Performance 


The Tactical Performance Program is designed to enable military and policing personnel to achieve their highest standard physically and mentally.

This is done through a systematic Initial Consultation, fortnightly Follow-Up Consultations as well as real-time Nutritional Tracking and Analysis throughout the individual's development. 

Objectives include:

  • Improved health and immune function

  • Improved muscle development

  • Improved physical performance 

  • Improved recovery 

  • Improved mental clarity and cognition

  • Improve operational readiness

This program is tailored for each client and their specific goals and needs individually. If you're training for Special Operations, improving your fitness for deployment, or trying to improve your physical and/or cognitive performance in your current role, this program is for you. 

With 14 years of experience in the Army, Dan combines his knowledge of the stressors and requirements of military life with proven strategies to get results for his clients.
