Yoghurt and Berry Breakfast Jars

1 Cup of Berries of your choosing
4 Tablespoons of Quick Oats
6 Tablespoons of Coconut or Greek Yoghurt
1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds

You will also need an empty jar or bowl.


Mix Yoghurt with Chia Seeds
Place 2/5th of the berries in the jar
Place 3 Tbs of the Yoghurt on top
Place 2 Tbs of the Oats on top
Garnish with the last of the berries
